wild33 operates a strict one account per person policy. Creating duplicate accounts – whether under the same or a different identity – is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. wild33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wild33 support immediately by contacting live chat or writing to [email protected] (plain text – not a clickable link).
wild33 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where the registration is suspected to be fraudulent or where the eligibility criteria in Section 2 are not satisfied.
All transactions on the wild33 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wild33 does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions. Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Deposits are processed in real time for e-wallet and FPX channels and typically reflect in your wild33 wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. wild33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). First-time withdrawals require submission of a valid identity document and may take up to 24 hours for KYC review. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit into the account. wild33 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered to the account holder.
